    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of fluid from an abutting part of a piston on a cylinder member and to reduce loss in converting fluid energy to rotation motion or the rotation motion to the fluid energy. SOLUTION: This cylinder device comprises the rotating cylinder member 2 that has cylinder chambers 22 and 23 so as to pass through a rotation axis O and rotates around the rotation axis O, pistons 3 and 4 moving reciprocatively and linearly in the cylinder chambers 22 and 23, a piston holding member 5 that holds the pistons 3 and 4 and rotates about a rotation center X decentering from the rotation axis O of the rotating cylinder member 2, and a casing 6 that supports the rotating cylinder member 2 rotatably and has at least one inlet 61 and at least one outlet 62. The pistons 3 and 4 are held at positions a certain distance away from the rotation center X of the piston holding member 5 and rotatably around the positions.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of operation by decreasing a frequency of part replacement and maintenance work. CONSTITUTION:Pistons 2, 3, formed by diagonally cutting a column, are provided by respectively opposing cut surfaces 2a, 3a in the inside of a circular tube- shaped cylinder 1. The piston 2, whose rotation is restricted by a guide member 5, is guided in the axial direction and further pressed to the piston 3 by compression gas 4a in an upper part gas chamber 4. The piston 3 is driven rotated by a motor 11. Suction and discharge ports 12, 13, opened/closed when this piston 3 is rotated, are provided in opposed locations of the cylinder 1. When the piston 3 is rotated, the piston 2 is vertically moved to change the volume of a space part between the pistons 2, 3 and to open the suction and discharge ports 12, 13 at suitable time. Accordingly, fluid is sucked and discharged.

CONSTITUTION:A compression element 4, driven by an electric motor element 3, has a cylinder 7, and a piston 10, serving as a column-shaped rotary unit, is housed along an axial direction in a hollow part of the cylinder 7. A center axis A of this piston 10 is eccentrically arranged by a predetermined distance (e) relating to a center axis B of the cylinder 7. The piston 10 is provided with a helical groove 12, formed in a pitch gradually decreased toward a delivery end side from a suction end side of the cylinder 7, in a peripheral surface of the piston 10, and a helical blade 13 is fitted into this helical groove 12. Here, the helical groove 12 is formed in a shape of connecting together a plurality of linear shapes shown by a plurality of expressions consisting of a relation expression between circumferential and axial directional distances of the piston 10.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent load from being concentrated onto a part of a blade by carrying fluid which comes in a working chamber from the inlet end side of a cylinder when a rotor is relatively turned against a cylinder, to a working chamber at a discharge end side so as to be discharged outside, and thereby making the capacity of the first chamber at the inlet end side maximum. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 7 of a fluid compressor is made gradually small in inner diameter toward the discharge end side from the inlet end side. In addition, a rotor 21 is formed into a conical shape which is made gradually small in inner diameter toward the discharge end side from the inlet end side in such a way that the first working chamber 35 at the inlet end side is made to secure the maximum capacity even if a large twisting angle is not given to a blade 33. Excessive load is not thereby concentrated to a part of the blade 33 which is formed in the outer circumferential surface of a rotor 21 at an equal pitch, and also is fitted in a groove 31 in a spiral shape in such a way as to be freely accessed to, stable operations can thereby be secured for a long time.
