    • PURPOSE:To connect a blade and a rotating hollow body integrally without using a blade side plate so as to make a machine body compact by the part corresponding to the thickness of the blade side plate, and dispense with the related parts of a bearing for supporting the rotating hollow body by cantilever- supporting rotors. CONSTITUTION:A first rotor has a blade 1 so as to be integrally rotated while coming in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of a fixed hollow body 3 concentrically disposed outside of a rotating hollow body 6. A second rotor 10 has a recessed part into which the blade 1 is fitted. Both rotors are synchronously rotated in the opposite directions in the mutually contactless state. In this case, a cylindrical face 18 is protruded from the outer peripheral surface of the rotating hollow body 6 and extended by the length L in the axial direction from the end face of the second rotor 10 so as to come in close contact with the rotor outer peripheral surface 11. The first rotor is cantilever- supported by a rotary shaft 22 positioned on the extended line on the base part side of the rotating hollow body 6. On the same side, the second rotor 10 is cantilever-supported by the rotary shaft 23 of the second rotor 10.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a pump with high total adiabatic efficiency by providing constitution such that inflow fluid to pressure-reduced space from a sinking part, caused by fitting a blade into the sinking part of a female rotor, is cooled by a cooling device and then introduced into an operating chamber in a male rotor side. CONSTITUTION:A male rotor 1 having a sheet of blade 2, integrally rotated with a rotary hollow body 6 while brought into close contact with the peripheral surface of a fixed hollow body 4, and a female rotor 8 having a sinking part 10, to which the blade 2 of the male rotor 1 is fitted while sinking from an external peripheral surface, are housed in a casing rotatably in an opposite direction to each other. Fluid in an operating chamber 12, interposed by the blade 2 of the male rotor 1 and the female rotor 8, is delivered into the rotary hollow body through a delivery port 5, formed in the fixed hollow body 4, and an opening/closing port 7 formed in the rotary hollow body 6. Here, constitution is provided such that inflow fluid to pressure-reduced space 14 from the sinking part 10 is cooled by a cooling device 20 and then introduced into the operating chamber 12 in a side of the male rotor 1.

Constitution is provided such that a cylindrical surface, formed in the bottom part of the sinking part 10 of the female rotor 8, and a cylindrical surface, formed in the blade 2 of the male rotor 1, are brought into close contact with each other.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a machine by connecting balance weights at least a part of which protrudes from the outer periphery of a blade side face of a rotor while they are fitted into housing holes formed on a casing, to blade side plates, and rotating the balance weights within a space isolated from an operating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A balance weight structure is constituted in such a way that blade side plates 4, 4' are connected to end faces of rotor blades 1, 1' so as not to touch to other parts while they are tightly fitted into housing holes formed on a casing, balance weights 15, 15' at least a part of which protrudes from each peripheral surface of the blade side plates 4, 4' are tightly connected to the blade side plates 4, 4' with bolts and the like, and the balance weights 15, 15' are rotated within a space isolated from an operating chamber. In this constitution, thickness of the balance weights 15, 15' can be lessened to make weight the same and the whole thickness including the blade side plates and the balance weights can also be lessened to obtain a compact balance weight structure, because an interval from the center of rotation to the center of gravity is large.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve capacity control with a simple and uncostly means by returning a fluid sucked into working chambers to the section side of pump with the state as it has been, i.e., without being compressed, and thereby controlling the capacity of the pump. CONSTITUTION:A contactless pump boosts the pressure of a fluid sucked into working chambers 9, 9' from suction passages 10, 10' by rotating vanes 1, 1' of two rotors as in a single piece with rotary hollow bodies 7, 7' while the vanes 1, 1' are put in tight contact with the peripheries of fixed hollow bodies 5, 5' which are fitted on the rotary ones 7, 7', and the boosted fluid is discharged through discharge holes 6, 6'. Therein a check valve 24 to prevent counterflow of the high pressure fluid on the pump discharge side situated within the rotary hollow body 7' is installed in the specified position of the pump discharge side. A control valve 12 in furnished to open a passage 15 when the pump discharge pressure has exceeded the prescribed value, and a communicative valve device 16 and a releasing valve device 20 are opened with the pressure on the pump discharge side so as to open a communicative path 19 and a releasing passage 23.
