    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid device having very little vibration or noise. SOLUTION: The fluid device 1 comprises a rotating shaft 3, a piston 5, a motion convert mechanism 6, and a valve plate device, whereas the motion convert mechanism 6 involves a rotor 61 fitted to the rotating shaft 3, a transmission member 62 which transmits force from the rotator 61 to the piston 5 by jointing the rotor 61 to the piston 5, and a rotation preventive mechanism which prevents the rotation of the piston 5. The rotator 61 is formed with a cam part 61a involving a cam surface 61b in order to convert a rotational motion into a reciprocating linear motion, the transmission member 62 is formed so as to engage with the cam surface 61b, and the rotation preventive mechanism is formed so as to prevent the self-rotation of the piston 5, which is generated when the force is transmitted from the cam surface 61b to the transmission member 62, the rotating shaft 3 is rotatably supported at both the sides of the rotator 61, and the valve plate device 7 consists of a valve plate 71 and a rotary valve 72.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable displacement pump which can be remotely controlled without necessity for an exposed external link mechanism and a control member. SOLUTION: In a variable displacement pump assembly including a tiltable swash plate cam changing a delivery capacity and a main control valve 43 having a valve housing 44, its input part 65 is arranged between a pump housing and the valve housing 44, a cylinder inner hole 77 or the like is formed, piston parts 83, 85 are arranged therein, also connected to a valve spool 51 of the main control valve through a mechanical input part 59. The piston parts 83, 85 are formed with a first/second piston chamber 87, 89, a solenoid valve 105 responds to remote electric input signals 111, 113. Link mechanisms 91, 99, 101 between the piston parts 83, 85 and the valve spool 51 are surrounded totally in a main unit part 67 of the valve housing 44 and the input part 65. Accordingly, necessity for a remote machine control cable is eliminated, reliability of a control device is improved.

    • PURPOSE: To make possible to perform stepless speed change by providing a discharge rate control valve to the passage hole of a swash plate type axial plunger pump.
      CONSTITUTION: Plungers 12 slidably disposed within an outer shell 1 fixed to an output shaft 5 abuts against a swash plate 9 fixed to an input shaft 2. Hydraulic oil in cylinders 13 encasing therein the plungers 12 flows through holes in a guide 14 and a discharing notched recess 17 formed in the input shaft 2, and is then discharged through a passage hole 19 defined in the output shaft 5. A flow-rate control valve block 20 is rotatably fitted onto the output shaft 5, and is provided therein with a needle valve 22 for controlling a discharge volume of hydraulic oil discharged from the passage hole 19.
