    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently improve aerodynamic performance of a fan 19 and reduce fan noise while reducing the weight of an aircraft engine 1.SOLUTION: A pylon 15 extending from a core cowl 5 to a nacelle 9 in an engine axial direction is integrally connected. The pylon 15 includes a vertical wall 17 going through the inside of a bypass flow channel 13. A leading edge part 35 of the vertical wall 17 of the pylon 15 includes: a taper part 55 having a width gradually decreased toward the upstream direction; and a straight part 57 formed continuous to the leading edge side of the taper part 55, having a curved leading edge side, and extending straight toward the upstream direction.
