    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary stepped stairway easily installable by changing the gradient according to a working space at the installation position.
SOLUTION: This temporary stepped stairway 10 is so formed that multiple stages of step plates 15 are supported, at both ends, on a pair of step receiving support members 14 arranged on both sides, and lifts between an upper story portion 12 and a lower story portion 11 during the construction of a building. The step receiving support members 14 are slidable in the axial direction X. The step plates 15 are so formed that at least a part of the upper part or the lower part can be removed from the step receiving support members 14. Each of the pair of step receiving support members 14 comprises an upper step receiving member 14a and a lower step receiving member 14b arranged parallel to each other. Both ends of each step plate 15 are rotatably pinned to the upper step receiving member 14a and the lower step receiving member 14b at the portions apart an equal distance from each lower end 16 thereof, and supported on the receiving members in the state of being arranged parallel to each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wind sound such as pressure wind sound or buzz sound generated by wind from all directions by using a round bar having an elliptical cross section and twisted in the longitudinal direction for the step sections and major sections of a ladder. SOLUTION: This low-wind sound ladder 1 is constituted of step sections 2 and major sections 3, and the step sections 2 and major sections 3 are made of a twisted elliptical round bar. A proper round bar with an elliptical cross section constituted of a minor axis diameter and a major axis diameter is spirally twisted along the longitudinal direction to form the twisted elliptical round bar. The step sections 2 and the major sections 3 are assembled by bolts and nuts, welding or coupling to form the low-wind sound ladder 1. For the degree of twisting, the number of twists per unit length is determined in consideration of wind direction and wind quantity so that no wind sound occurs. Even if wind is applied to the ladder 1 orthogonally or in parallel, the wind sound can be reduced because the ladder 1 is made of the twisted elliptical rod.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a ladder improving its work efficiency and riskiness thereon and convenient for conveyance and storage. CONSTITUTION:A back supporting member 4 is provided to a ladder 1 consisting of a pair of vertical members 2 parallel with each other and a plurality of footboards 3 provided between the vertical members in a movable manner. The back supporting member 4 is., equipped with slide bars 5 mounted to the vertical members 2 capable of moving back and forth md capable of revolving and oscillating up and down, back plates 7 connected to the front ends 5a of the slide bars 5 through oscillation members 6, stoppers 8 fixed to the rear ends 5b of the slide bars 5 and lockclaws 9 placed near to the rear ends 5b of the slide bars 5 in a projectable manner. The back supporting member 4 is manually opened and closed between an opening position (m) of the bars projecting the slide bars 5 to the front of the ladder 1 and a closing position (n) of the bars moving the slide bars 5 backward in parallel with the rears of the vertical members 2. A worker enters the opened back supporting members to go up and down or to work.
