    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tampering handling of a locking device of an unmanned type chargeable bicycle parking system and bicycle parking without permission.
      SOLUTION: This locking device is furnished with a winding body 11 to moor a wheel of a bicycle, a mooring means 10 provided with a lock key to lock and unlock on the locking device 20 by mounting it on an end of this winding body, a key groove part 23 of a supporting base frame 22 provided in the inside of a key inserting port 5 provided on a front surface of a housing 3, a sensing means 25 to sense the bicycle parking by insertion of the lock key 12 and a locking means 31 to lock and unlock the lock key 12 inserted into the key groove part 23 by the sensing means 25. Additionally, it is furnished with a first protection means 41 mounting a window frame 42 having an insertion port 45 to prevent the bicycle parking without permission by illegal insertion of the lock key 12 into the locking device 20 and a pampering action and a second protection means 50 mounting a pair of holding plates 51 to prevent the bicycle parking without permission by the illegal insertion of the lock key 12 and the tampering action on both sides of the supporting base frame 22 by respectively energizing them.
