摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluid within a storage tank from flowing out when pipes at the feeding side and receiving side of the storage tank are damaged by earthquakes and the like, and secure fluid in an emergency storage tank by providing a storage tank sealing chamber provided with an open/close valve the inflow path of which is opened by the pressure of fluid flowing in a fluid inflow path, for the inside of the fluid inflow path. SOLUTION: When a faucet connected with an outflow chamber 215 is opened, the inside of the outflow chamber 215 becomes negative in pressure so as to allow water within a water tank 1 to flow in an inflow chamber 213, and an auxiliary valve 23 is thereby pushed up. The main valve 24 is then pushed up by the tip end of the auxiliary valve 23 so as to allow isolation between the main valve 24 and a cut-off wall 214 to be released, and water is fed to the faucet through a first chamber 21. On the other hand, water is supplied to the inside of the water tank 1 through a second chamber 22 from an upper pipe 221 connected with the main plug side of water supply. Under this condition, if no water is supplied from the main plug of water supply because of earthquakes and the like, no water flow takes place in the inside of the inflow chamber 312, the main valve 24 thereby will never be pushed up, and water in the main tank 1 is thereby prevented from draining out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable prevention of the generation of noise which is apt to generate during the initial stage and the final stage of drainage by a method wherein a motor with the aid of which a pump connected to the drain hole of a bath tub is run is controlled by an inverter, and a drainage amount and a drainage speed are changed according to circumstances. CONSTITUTION:A pump P connected to a drain hole 1 of a bath tub body A is run with the aid of a motor M to enable forced drainage of bath hot water. The motor M is controlled by means of an inverter IN, and a drainage amount and a drainage speed can be changed according to circumferences. During the starting of drainage, the pump P is slowly run, and the generation of noise due to the rapid starting of drainage is prevented. The drainage hole 1 is then widely opened, and through the increase of a suction force, rapid drainage is effected. At a time close to completion of drainage, the pump P is slowly run, and suction of air is effected gently to prevent the generation of noise.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To totally eliminate the leakage of a fluid by a method wherein a leakage preventive device is attached at the opening of a liquid storage tank, and a flowing passage between a supply port of the fluid to the liquid storage tank and a connection port to be connected to the liquid storage tank, is prevented from being blocked by the liquid, and an air passage is prevented from being formed under whichever state the liquid storage tank has fallen down. SOLUTION: For this leakage preventive device, a connection port 2 to be connected to a filling port of a liquid storage tank which stores a fluid such as an oil and water, and a feeding port 3 to feed a liquid to the liquid storage tank, are formed, and also, a flowing passage is formed between the connection port and the feeding port, and at the same time, the liquid is made to remain under whichever state the liquid storage tank has fallen down.
