摘要： PURPOSE: To provide the subject device capable of expanding hairs and preventing the wig yarns from tangling each other by assembling a rippling process for continuously crimping the wig yarns and a hackling process for combing and hackling the wig yarns. CONSTITUTION: Plural hairs are transferred to cooling machines 2 through a bending and heating device 1 comprising a pair of rollers each having wave- shaped teeth, fed with tension rollers 3 and further guided to drawing rollers 5. One pair of the upper and lower tooth-shaped rollers of the bending and heating device each has wave-shaped teeth having a pitch of 1-30 mm and a height of 1-30 mm, and the temperature of the teeth is controlled to 80-200 deg.C with an inner heating coil. One or more sets of the cooling machines are disposed, and the tension roller comprises a pair of rubber rollers. Two to ten sets of hackling bars 41 each having innumerable fine pins thrust into a rectangular pad are disposed. The drawing rollers have four large rollers at the corners of a rectangle and one small roller at the center of the rectangle.
