    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition which does not easily crystallize and whose active energy ray-cured coating film has high curability and characteristics of excellent hardness, impact resistance, and curl resistance.SOLUTION: An allophanate group-containing (meth)acrylate resin compound is obtained by reacting (B) a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate compound with (A) a polyisocyanate composition which is obtained from (a) at least one diisocyanate selected from an aliphatic diisocyanate and an alicyclic diisocyanate, and (b) polyester-based polyol with a number-average molecular weight of 250-2,000 derived from polyol and &egr;-caprolactone and which does not substantially include an isocyanurate group and contains an allophanate group.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition which exhibits, when applied to a plastic substrate or the like, sufficient surface hardness and scuff resistance, excellent impact resistance and flexibility, and weather resistance suitable also for outdoor uses.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises a copolymer (A) and a photoacid generator (B). In the copolymer (A), the main chain is a vinyl copolymer, and main chain terminals and/or side chains have two or more organic groups including a silicon group bonded to a hydrolyzable group represented by the general formula (I) defined by -X-Y-Z-SiR-(OR).
