    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photochromic curable composition capable of manufacturing a photochromic spectacle lens inexpensively and simply using diethylene glycol bisallyl carbonate.
      SOLUTION: This photochromic spectacle lens is manufactured with a sufficient yield from the photochromic curable composition that comprises a radical polymerization initiator of the total of 0.1-10 pts.mass of following (A) and (B), and a photochromic compound of 0.001-10 pts.mass based on a radical polymerizable monomer of 100 pts.mass containing the diethylene glycol bisallyl carbonate and/or its oligomer of ≥10 mass%, wherein (A) is a peroxyester-based radical polymerization initiator with a 10 hours half-life temperature of ≥50°C and (B) is a peroxyketal-based radical polymerization initiator with a 10 hours half-life temperature of ≥80°C. A cured product obtained is excellent in mechanical and optical properties.
