    • PURPOSE:To sharply improve the restoring property of a dielectric oxide film, to reduce a leakage current, and to improve the yield of production by a method wherein, after a capacitor element, in which a 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ) complex is impregnated, has been treated in a high-temperature and moist state, excessive vapor is removed by drying, and resin hole-sealing and voltage aging operations are conducted. CONSTITUTION:An N (n-aluminum)-isoquinolinium (TCNQ)2 complex, for example, is weighed and put in an aluminum case and fused. On the other hand, after a capacitor-wound element, on which a sheet of anode aluminum foil having a dielectric oxide film and a sheet of cathode aluminum foil are wound using a sheet of Manila paper as a separator, has been preheated, the capacitor-wound element is inserted into the aluminum case, and the fused complex is impregnated. Subsequently, the complex is solidified by cooling. Then, the above-mentioned material is moisturized in a container which is maintained at the constant temperature of 20 to 100 deg.C or higher and constant humidity of 80% or higher, and subsequently it is dried up in the air of 56 deg.C or higher and the humidity of 20% or higher. Then, the aperture part of the aluminum case is sealed, and hardened, and lastly, an aging operation is conducted by applying rated voltage.
