    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the impartment of a sense of unease to a user by preventing a wheelchair from abruptly retreating even if a winch device is stopped in the middle of a slope.
      SOLUTION: When pulling up the wheelchair in a cabin via the slope, a motor is operated by releasing a ratchet mechanism by turning on a retreat preventive solenoid by operating an operation switch (S2 and S3). When stopping the pull-up of the wheelchair in the middle of the slope (S4), the ratchet mechanism is brought into in a lock state by turning off the retreat preventive solenoid, and output torque is reduced by reducing a duty ratio of the motor (S5). The rotation of the motor reduced in the duty ratio becomes a brake in the belt pull-out direction, and until a ratchet claw abuts on a ratchet tooth, a ratchet plate slowly rotates in the belt pull-out direction, and the ratchet claw and the ratchet tooth are completely engaged with each other.

    • PURPOSE:To keep an elevator cage in safety even if such a load as exceeding the rated live load gets into the cage in time of its being stopped as well as to make it into moderate deceleration in time of emergency braking. CONSTITUTION:A core 19 in which a coil 18 is built in, and an input shaft 12 is pierced through with sane clearance, is attached to the side of a speed reducer 11 at the counter motor side of the input shaft 12, and there are provided an armature 20 made so as to be always extruded by a spring 21 installed in this core 19, an outer disk 24 clamped to the core 19 by a bolt 23, and an inner disk 25 being set up between this outer disk 24 and the armature 20 and provided with plural pieces of holes 25a along the circumferential direction. Also in this outer disk 24, there is provided a solenoid 27 equipped with a pin 26 which is inserted into the holes 25a of the inner disk 25 as advancing when it is energized, and slips out of the hole 25a as going backward by dint of a spring 28 when it is unenergized the other way.
