SOLUTION: A cap 4 is fitted to the mouth 3 of a container 2 to seal the container 2. An inclined cam 5 is provided on the inner wall of the container mouth 3. The cap 4 includes a top wall 6 and a skirt wall 7 hanging down from a circumferential edge of the top wall 6. An inner ring 8 in close contact with the upper inner circumferential surface of the container mouth 3 is hanged from the inner surface of the top wall 6. A rib 9 is provided at a position corresponding to the inclined cam 5 on its further inner side. When the cap 4 is turned in the cap-opening direction, the rib 9 is interfered with the inclined surface 5a of the inclined cam 5 so as to open the cap 4 from the container mouth 3. The cap sealing workability and the sealability can be ensured even without any projection for sealing on the outer circumferential end 3a of the mouth 3, and the cap can be easily unsealed. CONSTITUTION: An improper opening-preventive cap consists of two members of a cap main body 2 and tightening ring 3, and an engaging protuberance 8 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of an external wall 7 of the cap main body 2, and an engaging recessed part 9 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the external wall 7. Then, a flap piece 17 is formed at the lower end inner peripheral part of the tightening ring 3. The tightening ring 3 can be displaced from a cap opening-preventing position where the cap is prevented from opening by fitting in the external wall 7 of the cap main body and restraining the diameter of the external wall 7 from expanding, but the tightening ring 3 cannot return to the original state from the cap openable position to the cap opening-preventing position because the flap piece 17 is obstructed by the external wall 7, and an improper opening of the cap can be easily judged.
