SOLUTION: In the packaging container for storing the compact disks, two sheets of front side sheets and a back side sheet, and a non-woven fabric 3 between the inside front side sheet 1b of two sheets of the front side sheets and the back side sheet 2a are arranged, and a fastener F is fitted at a specified position in an upper part between the inside front side sheet 1b and the back side sheet 2a. At the time of use, after bills and coils as a monthly fee or the like are put in, the lid 4 is folded and the locking hook 8b is engaged with the loop 8a to have the plane fastener closed, thereby preventing the coins from coming out.
