    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the arrangement of an air course so as to reduce loss and to improve silencing efficiency by forming a training chamber for floating a trainer by an upward air stream in the upper part of a reducer part by which the air stream from an elbow part for vertically guiding the air stream discharged from a horizontal blower is converged so as to be an uniform flow. SOLUTION: A blowing device 3 where an intake side silencer 2 having an air intake port 1 is disposed at an intake side is constituted of the horizontal blower which is provided with a mobile blade 4a directly connected to an electric motor and a guide blade 3b and a sound preventing material 3e is attached on the outer peripheral surface of a blower casing 3d. A discharge side silencer 24 is disposed at the discharge side of the blowing device 3 and the elbow part 5 for vertically guiding the air stream by a guide vane 5a is connected to the exit side of the discharge side silencer 4. Then, the reducer part 6 for converging the flow, uniforming it and increasing flow speed is connected to the exit side of the elbow part 5, the cylindrical training chamber 7 is connected to the upper part of the reducer part 6 and the trainer is made to float by the air stream blowing there.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to experience a virtual parachute descent with a plentiful sense of presence at the site while a minor installation area is used, by making a display on a heat mount display on the basis of the outputs of a maneuver amount sensor and a head position sensor. SOLUTION: A computer 34 for controlling calculates the three-dimensional spatial position of each trainee P on the basis of different parameters such as the simulating conditions, fall start timing, maneuver amount, etc., incl. the initial conditions and meteorological conditions, and computes the view field direction of the trainee on the basis of the position signal of his head, etc. The calculations are executed on the real time basis with elapse of the time, and any appropriate measure is taken when certain specified conditions are met, for example, giving an impact to a harness 11, or changing the blowing conditions. The sensor signals such as head position signal, maneuver amount signal, etc., taken into the computer 34 are fed to an instructor console 30 and an information accumulating computer 36. With this simulation of the descent conditions, the trainee can experience parachute descent with a plentiful sense of presence at site while the installation area remains small.

    • PURPOSE: To miniaturize a simulator and to expand a visual field by shaking a shell on the basis of the movement of the hand and foot of a falling trainee in a horizontal state to shake the trainee and continuously revolving the trainee to a vertical state in parachute flaring operation. CONSTITUTION: In free fall training, when a trainee becomes a horizontal state and moves his hand and foot, the operation quantity thereof is detected by a hand and foot sensor 51 to be inputted to a calculation control unit 61. The calculation control unit 61 calculates the direction of a wind due to the altitude and position at the time of the falling of the trainee on the basis of the input value to calculate motion such as the position and posture of the trainee. A shaking control unit 65 controls the shaking of a six-degree-of-freedom link mechanism 27 on the basis of the calculation results to shake the trainee and also controls a simulated image generator 62 and a simulated sound generator 63. When the trainee pulls a lip cord, this state is detected by a parachute flaring sensor to be inputted to the calculation control unit 61. The calculation control unit 61 revolves a support stand by 90 deg. to bring the same to a vertical state to set the trainee to a operation training position.

CONSTITUTION: A simulator is provided with a support means S to support a descent trainee 27, a swinging means 26 arranged on its support means S so as to swing the descent trainee 27, a hand and foot sensor 29 arranged on the support means S so as to detect a movement of hands and feet of the decent trainee 27, a parachute opening sensor arranged on the support means S so as to detect the existence of parachute opening operation by the descent trainee 27 and a maneuvering sensor arranged on the support means S so as to detect an operation quantity of a control line 31 by the descent trainee 27, and is provided with a control means 35 which swings the swinging means 26 by a detecting value from a sensor 29 when detecting values of the respective sensors are inputted and the support means is put in a horizontal condition and continuously rotates the support means S to a vertical condition from a horizontal condition by the parachute opening sensor and swings the swinging means 26 by a detecting value from the maneuvering sensor when it is put in a vertical condition.

    • PURPOSE:To perform a skydiving training simulator safely and at a low cost by calculating a descent speed at the time of natural descent, calculating a descent speed at the time of parachute descent, and displaying the following respective functions, a wind tunnel device, a suspending device, and a scene device of the ground surface. CONSTITUTION:A wind tunnel device 1 of a vertical type is provided with a screen to which a scene is given from a scene device 9 on the lower face, and also, by providing a safety rope 5 and a guidance rope of a simulation parachute 6 on a suspending device 4 provided on the top part of a vertical type wind tunnel part 1A, a trainee 3 descends into the wind tunnel part 1A through a descent port 2 from on a descent base 7. Also, in a simulating device 11, a function which can blow up freely an ascending current of a wind velocity being relative to a descent speed and a wind velocity, a function for reproducing the acceleration at the time of opening a parachute and detecting a manipulated variable of the guidance rope 10 in the suspending device, and a function for giving a scene of the ground surface corresponding to altitude onto a screen 8 so as to be freely enlargeable to match a descent speed, and also, so as to be freely movable on a plane coordinate axis in accordance with the descent shift quantity are displayed, respectively.
