    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure of an automobile capable of reducing the noise in a cabin. SOLUTION: The floor panel structure of a vehicle body constitutes an automobile floor by a floor panel which is connected to frame members 14 and 24 of the vehicle body and has a vibration mode adjustment structure to suppress generation of acoustic radiation by generating the vibration of 2×1 mode in the frequency band substantially matched with the resonance frequency of a cavity of a tire. Floor panels S7 and S8 have non-rectangular vibration areas S7a and S8a, and the vibration mode adjustment structure of the floor panel has a vibration adjustment unit 56 to regulate the vibration distribution of the antinodes and the vibration amplitude of the vibration of 2×1 mode, and the vibration adjustment unit is disposed within the non-rectangular vibration areas so that the vibrational volume of two vibration antinodes of 2×1 mode are substantially equal to each other.     • PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of driving performance due to deformation of a car body by increasing the rigidity of the car body, by forming the reinforcing parts each of which having a nearly box-shaped section, over the whole outer periphery of an under body. CONSTITUTION:An under body 10 has complicated unevenness. A front suspension is arranged under a suspension tower part 40 in order to hold front wheels. The both edge parts at right and left and the front edge part 44 of A-A sectional part are formed to a box-shaped section opened downward to form a reinforcing part. A bulged part which extends in the longitudinal direction is formed at the center part of B-B section, in order to increase the rigidigty. A foot rest part 46 is formed to bulge downward, in order to suppress vibration. The both edge parts at right and left of the section of each part are formed into inverted L-figure shaped section, and the floor side member 34 of a side member 12 is attached onto said edge parts to form the reinforcing part having a nearly box-shaped section. E-E section and the rear edge part are equipped with the reinforcing parts each of which having a box-shaped section opened downward.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a floor construction of a loading case in a dump truck where it is easily manufactured, further light in weight, strong and at low cost, by such means that a pair of main beams parallelly extending with each other in a longitudinal direction with a space apart and floor plates on top of said beams are constructed as an integral unit by the method of plastic forming. CONSTITUTION:A floor plate 1 and main beams 2 are constructed by the plastic forming from one sheet of plate material, and the top faces of the main beams 2 are covered by different floor plates 3. Then both side edges of the floor plate 1 are folded downward to be formed into a turned square shape and obtain side walls 4 of the structure of a loading case floor. While the main beams 2 are constructed as a pair of sunk grooved parts parallelly extending with each other in a longitudinal direction with a space in the central portion of the floor plate 1. Their top opening parts are covered by the different floor plates 3 to provide a closed sectional construction additionally and simultaneously form a smoothed floor surface. In this way, a labor cost can be decreased as compared with that where conventional main beams 2, cross members 8 and outriggers 9 have been separately constructed, because the principal parts of the loading case floor construction can be constituted from one sheet of plate material.
