Further, on a smaller diametral part 46 provided at the top part of the upper case 2, a cap 39, which can conceal the knob 51 of the locking body 45, is detachably provided.

CONSTITUTION:A frame having a handle 12 is connected rotatably to a transfer agent roller 16 containing a transfer agent and a printing roller 15 provided in contact with the transfer agent roller 16. The print roller 15 has a circumferential rubber stamp 18 on which circular patterns 19 of the same shape as the circles to be scribed are formed. The rubber stamp 18 is provided by rolling a rubber sheet around a roller body 15a. The circular patterns 19 have been formed on the rubber sheet considering the elongation caused by the rolling process. As the printing roller 15 is rolled on a steel plate 5, the transfer agent roller 16 rotates cooperatively with the printing roller 15 to continuously supply the transfer agent to the rubber stamp 18 so that scribed circles are successively printed on the steel plate 5.
