摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of printing by displaying letters of styles to be hardly taken up on CRT in easily legible styles of MINCHO, Gothic, etc. CONSTITUTION:Indication of false letters is sent out from an input unit 26, the co-ordinate data of letters in the pick-up position of the letter board are detected by a co-ordinate detector (x) and a co-ordinate detector (y) and sent out as the letter code of a housing address to a false letter board generator 30. The letter code for 3X7 rows for example is obtained at the center and its surronding as letters at the pick-up position, corresponding letter pattern is read out of CG31 and sent out to a refresh memory 33 in the order of letter boards. The letter pattern 37 of pick-up position is mainly displayed on a part of CRT35, a frame 39 to show the pick-up position is displayed, and letters to be printed are taken and displayed on the printing position to be shown a cursor 36. A shutter 12 is driven and the letters 41 of styles housed in the letter board are printed on a sensitive material 17.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a display device poor in the number of picture elements to be used in a monitor display system identifying a layout and printer graphics by displaying part of data of the memory for a whole system and data of the memory for a single character. CONSTITUTION:When a partial display is instructed from a controlling circuit 8 onto a system controller 21, a character image is given to a monitor camera 18 through half mirror 17 and stored in a single character memory 20 and further in a whole system memory 22 through an A/D conversion. When a character frame fixing signal is inputted, the data in the memory 20 is transferred to a video memory 23 and displayed on a display device 25 by display controller 24 through a D/A conversion. Next, when a printing signal is inputted, the data in the memory 20 is stored in the memory 22 and when a signal for displaying the whole system is inputted, the data in the memory 22 is sampled, transferred to the memory 23 and displayed. Accordingly, the memory positions of the whole system memory 22 move by the quantity corresponding to the dispacement of a sensing cylinder 6 and stored in the same state as the present position printed on the sensible medium.
