    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a processed film excellent in uniformity of its thickness in good mass productivity, and imparting a prescribed shape easily to an imparted coating layer.
      SOLUTION: This method for producing the processed film (41) is provided by forming a nip roll (3) making the diameter of both of its ends (31) larger than that of its middle part (32) and bringing it in contact with the outer circumference of a column roll (1) through the outer circumference of both end parts, introducing a transparent film (4) applied with an actinic energy beam-curing- type resin (12) in between a gap of the outer circumference of central part of the nip roll and the outer circumference of the column roll (1) so as to make the applied layer in contact with the column roll and pass through, then irradiating the actinic energy beam (5) from the transparent film side for curing the applied layer, and a device for producing the film equipped with a conveying means for the transparent film and a recovering means (6) for the processed film to perform the method of production.
