    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high mirror surface resin coated metal sheet having excellent mirror surface reflectivity, processability and boiling water resistance without using a soft vinyl chloride resin and capable of being manufactured under a conventional laminating condition.
      SOLUTION: A sheet is formed by integrally laminating a colored layer (layer A) comprising a crystalline polyester resin with a melting point of Tma(°C), a printing ink layer (layer B) and a transparent oriented polyester resin layer (layer C) with a melting point of Tmc(°C) in this order. In this case, the relation: (Tmc-Tma)>20(°C) is formed. The sheet is laminated on a metal sheet (E) through a thermosetting adhesive layer (layer D) using the surface on the side of the layer A of the sheet as an adhesive surface and the obtained laminate is heated by a non-contact type heating means so that the highest arriving temperature of the surface of the layer C becomes Tma+5 to Tmc(°C) to obtain the high mirror surface resin coated metal sheet.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a copper-clad laminate capable of decreasing the generation of inferiority caused by wrinkles in a thin copper foil. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the copper-clad laminate, the copper foil 1 having a thickness of ≤12 μm is laminated on one surface or both surfaces of a prepreg 2, heated, pressed and laminated for molding the copper-clad laminate. The prepreg 2 with a charge amount of static electricity of ≤2 kV is used.
