摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bag port to be adhered with a grip in its manufacturing step to be turned up in a rotary bag making machine for molding a bag with a rectangular bottom by continuously supplying base paper. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the paper bag with the rectangular bottom in the bag making machine comprises the steps of continuously feeding rolled base paper R, adhering the grip to the base paper R, forming a lateral slit and a J-shaped cut by a cutter 4, and adhering a reinforcing sheet of the grip formed of a grip forming unit 2. The method further comprises the steps of then cutting at the lateral slit part of the base paper by a cutter 6, and forming the base paper with the grip planarly developed. The method also comprises the steps of folding the cut end attached with the grip to its inside, concealing the reinforcing sheet of the grip, and forming the bag with the bottom with the grip via a paper cylinder forming step and a bottom folding step. 摘要： A bag-making apparatus which comprises a support table (21) carrying a bag material (2) which is put thereon, a pair of side guides (29) being provided above the support table, being movable in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the bag material and controlling both side of the bag material, a pair of top guides (17) being movable in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the bag material together with the side guides, having the space therebetween gradually narrower from the approach side to the leaving side of the bag material, and controlling the front face of the bag material made tubular, and forming rollers (12) being disposed on the approach side of the bag material from the top guides, being movable in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the bag material, and pressing the bag material onto the support table. The bag-making apparatus can change the bag width rapidly and accurately in a simple action without stopping the travel of the bag material resulting to shorter the working time and to improve productive efficiency. The loss of the bag material due to the bag width change can be reduced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which has no variation in its thickness, has stable barrier properties, exhibits easy peelability, and is capable of storing a relatively long content using a thin packaging material. SOLUTION: The packaging bag consists of a main body film (10) and a lid body film (20). The main body film has a sealant layer inward, and both sides are folded into Z-like shapes in parallel with the flow direction of the film to successively form bottom parts (11), folded back parts (12) and lid body receiving parts (13) from the center and to form a content storing part (15) with an approximately U-shaped crosssection. Adjoining bottom part and the end edges of the folded back parts form a sticking part (16) by heat fusion. The inner side face of the main body film and the inner side face of the lid body film are joined, and the lid body receiving part and the end edge of the lid body film are heat-fused and are hermetically sealed at appropriate intervals in the flow direction, and the sealed part is cut. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a square bottom bag of a novel structure which can be manufactured more rapidly by a simple process. SOLUTION: The square bottom bag 10 is formed of a tubular film 20, has one of ends opened and has the other end forming a bottom 12. Folds 21 and 22 with an M-shaped cross section are formed on both sides of the bag. On bottoms of the folds 21 and 22, gradient fusion-welding lines 31 and 32 for respectively welding first and second overlapping films and third and fourth overlapping films to each other and extending from outer rims of the folds 21 and 22 toward the bottom at an angle of approximately 45 deg. with respect to the outer rim are formed. In addition, a horizontal fusion-welding line 33 for welding the two overlapping films to each other on a region other than the folds 21 and 22 is formed to connect inner ends of the lines 31 and 32 with each other.
