摘要：【課題】定盤台車に対する囲い枠の意図しない移動を制限すると共に囲い枠の載せ替えを容易に行うことができる定盤台車の囲い枠ずれ止め機構を得る。【解決手段】ストッパ50は、定盤台車22のライナ30に設けられると共に、囲い枠60の被嵌合部62に嵌合する嵌合状態と、囲い枠60の被嵌合部62と離間する非嵌合状態とを選択的にとる。したがって、ストッパ50を非嵌合状態にすることで、囲い枠60は移動方向における他方側へ移動可能となり、囲い枠60の載せ替えが容易となる。一方、ストッパ50を嵌合状態にすることで、ストッパ50と囲い枠60の被嵌合部62とが嵌合されて囲い枠60の移動方向における他方側への移動が制限される。つまり、ストッパ50とライナ30とによって水平方向におけるいずれの方向にも移動しないように囲い枠60を定盤台車22に保持させることができる。【選択図】図5

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a guide for carrying a mold which does not shave off the mold at the time of carrying. SOLUTION: Guide members 4, 5 are fixed at both sides of a mold carrying table 2 and formed of leaf springs curved as bow-shape and arranged so that the top parts 6, 7 there of are mutually faced. A distance L1 between the end parts 8, 9 at the mold carrying-in side is made larger than width W of the mold 13 fed out from a molding box 1 and a distance between the top parts 6, 7 is formed as a little smaller than the width W. Deflection regulating means 16 composed of L-shape metallic tool 14 and bolt 15 screwed with the metallic tool is arranged at the outside of the tip part 6, 7, and the deflecting quantity of the top part 6, 7 is regulated by adjusting the diatance between the bolt 15 and the top part 6, 7. When the mold 13a is fed out from the molding box 1 and abuts on the guide members 4, 5, the guide members 4, 5 are elastically deformed and the impact force applied on the mold 13a is absorbed, and at the same time, the position of the mold 13a on the carrying table 2 is corrected with the energized forces of the guide members 4, 5.
