摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in an apparatus while utilizing many merits in a dump box as a molding apparatus for sand mold used in the conventional casting. SOLUTION: This molding apparatus is composed of a lower metallic mold 6, which forms a molding surface 2 for casting in the sand mold M for casting and a flat surface 3 for fitting the sand mold, an upper metallic mold 7 which forms the molding surface 2 for casting in the sand mold M for casting and a flat surface 5 for laying the sand mold on the non-pattern surface wall 4 at the reverse side, a roll-over device 8 integrally rolling over so that the lower metallic mold 6 comes to upside and the upper metallic mold 7 comes to downside under fitting state of the metallic mold 6 at the lower side and the upper metallic mold 7 at the upper side, and an opening part 9 for passing through the molding sand which arranges in the upper metallic mold 7 and fills the molding sand s into the lower metallic mold 6 by passing through the upper metallic mold 7 when the upper metallic mold 6 is at the upper side and also, discharges the non-hardened molding sand s to the lower part passed through the upper metallic mold 7 from the lower metallic mold 6 rolled over integrally to the upper side when the upper metallic mold 7 is rolled over to the lower side.
