    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste classifying apparatus capable of preventing operation troubles caused by the clogging of a conveyance duct.
      SOLUTION: Light-gravity materials, dust and exhaust gas discharged from a discharge port 7b of a rotary impacting apparatus 7 are transferred through a main conveyance duct 12 into a cyclone 8 via a feeding port 8a of the cyclone 8. Therein, a bore diameter of the main conveyance duct 12 is larger than bore diameters of sub conveyance ducts 13, 14, 15 and is 1.2 times or more the bore diameter of the sub conveyance duct 13, and the main conveyance duct 12 is constituted so as to form an inverted L shape by connecting a vertical duct 12a and a horizontal duct 12b on a bend part 12c. Therein, the length of the horizontal duct 12b is set to be short, at the same time, the flow rate in the main conveyance duct 12 by means of a suction blower 10 is controlled within a specified flow rate region (low flow rate suction conveyance operation). Therefore, particulate matter in the light-gravity materials is hardly transferred and the clogging of the main conveyance duct 12 due to the particulate matter is hardly caused.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently remove the dust generated from a granular body and to continuously supply a powder by providing a mechanism for intermittently discharging the defective grain separated by a screening plate outside the feeder. CONSTITUTION:A grain 4 is firstly dropped on the vibrating trough 5 of a vibrating feeder 3 from a storage tank 6 and conveyed to a first punched plate 1. A normal grain and a small-diameter grain are then dropped on a second punched plate 2, the small-diameter grain is dropped on an air-permeable partition plate 7, and only the normal grain is supplied to the succeeding stage from a height control gate 10. In this case, the defective grain separated by the first punched plate 1 is intermittently discharged outside the feeder by the defective grain discharge member. For example, the presence of the defective grain is detected by a sensor 21, a controller 25 is operated to open a shutter 24, and the defective grain is recovered in a recovery device 23 from an air nozzle 22. Consequently, the dust is removed, and the powder is continuously supplied.

Therefore, the upper and lower inspection windows 34, 35 are provided so as to be divided up and down with respect to the grain lifters on the left and right sides of the falling rice winnowing box body 7 and the sorting state of the falling rice winnowing passage 8 can be observed without being obstructed by the grain lifters. When the inspection windows 34, 35 are detached, the grain lifters positioned on the left and right sides of the falling rice winnowing box body 7 do not become an obstruction and the inspection windows can be easily opened and closed.

    • PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of clogging of a screen with a powdery material by feeding the powdery material by air flow, sieving the material by the screen, rotating a pipe-shaped revolving scrape along the screen and supplying high-pressure air to the revolving scrape. CONSTITUTION:The powdery material is sent by the air flow and is admitted through an introducing port 3 into the spacing between hardened glass 4 and the screen 1. The powdery material is sucked through the screen 1 into a take- out port 5. The powdery material is, therefore, sieved by the screen 1 and the sieved powdery material is taken out of the take-out port 5. The coarse powdery material is discharged from a discharge port 6. Further, the pipe-shaped revolving scraper 7 is provided on the downstream side of the screen 1. This scraper 7 extends in parallel with the screen 1 and rotates along the screen 1. A revolving shaft 8 is disposed in the position corresponding to the central part of the screen 1 and is connected to a rotational driving mechanism. The revolving shaft 8 is, therefore, rotated by the rotational driving mechanism and the revolving scraper 7 is rotated along the screen 1. The friction between the screen 1 and a liner plate 3 is decreased in this way.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate cleaning by integrally providing a transparent side platen on one side end of a grain flow plate and allowing the free moving of the grain flow plate into and out of the aperture of a separating wind path. CONSTITUTION:Hulled rice to be air screened flows on the grain glow plate 11 in the bottom into a receiving trough 13 by which the rice is transferred. The rice is lifted by a grain elevator 6 to a grain separator. Dust is discharged to the outside of the separator by a dust discharging machine. A clogging sensor 18 detects clogging when the hulled rice, straw scrap, etc., clog and stagnate stop the grain flow plate 9. An operator sees the inside of the separating wind path 1 through the side plate 10 and checks the clogging condition of the inside when the clogging is detected. The operator opens the side plate 10 after stopping the separator once, draws the grain flow plate 9 out of the aperture 15 to the outside and cleans the inside of the separating wind path 1. The internal cleaning is executed in this way.
