摘要： PURPOSE: To speedily and easily finish a flat plane to be exposed under wearing again by composing the main part of a bowling lane of a flexible material layer over its full length and an adhesive member to be exerted upon the flexible member material together with the lane. CONSTITUTION: A flexible material 34 is provided as a transparent tape with adhesive agent, and a roll 32 of the tape is supported on a lateral shaft 36 attached to a pair of supporting arms 38 at an applicator 10. These supporting arms 38 are mutually connected above the terminals of frame members 40 for connecting front and rear rollers 42 and 44. The applicator 10 can easily be moved on a bowling lane 12 by a handle 46. In case of use, the roll 32 is attached to the applicator 10 so as to be rotated, and the applicator 10 is placed near one end of the bowling lane 12. After the tape is pulled down and presscontacted with the lane, the applicator 10 is moved forward along the lengthwise direction of the lane. At such a time, an adhesive plane 48 of the flexible material 34 is rewound while being turned down, and press-contacted with the surface of the lane by the rear roller 44.
