    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mucosa traction implement facilitating its replacement when drawing the mucosa to be incised and peeled from a different part in an operation of a submucosal incision and peeling. SOLUTION: This mucosa traction implement is so formed that a first gripping member 10 is attached to the mucosa to be incised and peeled, a second gripping member 20 is attached to a different mucosa from the mucosa to be incised and peeled, the first gripping member 10 and one end of an elastic section 30 are connected to each other by a first connection body, and the second gripping member 20 and the other end of the elastic section 30 are connected to each other by a second connection body, so that the elastic section 30 is elongated to pull the mucosa to be excised and peeled. The first gripping member 10 is attached to the different part from the mucosa to be incised and peeled, so that the elastic section 30 and the first gripping member 10 attached to the different part can be reconnectably connected by the first connection body. When drawing the mucosa to be incised and peeled from the different part, it is not required to remove the first gripping member 10 from the mucosa to be incised and peeled so as to facilitate the replacement of the elastic member.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anastomat for circumcision, capable of preventing penile erection in circumcision and postoperative recovery without bleeding or pain, suturing of a wound or necessity of anti-inflammatory medication, and easily controlling the thickness of circumcision.SOLUTION: The anastomat for circumcision includes tubular outer rings which are mutually connected in an integrated manner, or an A outer ring (29-1) and a B outer ring (29-2) having block rings (31) at end portions thereof respectively. A circumcision end (33) having a protruding portion (34) mounted with a preputial fixing belt (35) is disposed at one end of a tubular inner ring (28), and the other end of the tubular inner ring (28) is used to axially crimp and connect the tubular inner ring (28) along the inner side of the block ring disposed at the end portion of the B outer ring (29-2).
