摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair which can naturally terminate the same posture for a long period of time by a seated posture and does not bother to keep sitting for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A chair 10 includes a seat plate 22 having an upper part surface constituting a seating surface 22a and a curved recess part 12c (a seat plate supporting part) of a frame plate 12b for supporting the seat plate 22. The seat plate 22 has a protruding plate material 24 (a curved protruding part) that is curved in a front-back direction on a lower part surface, and can swing backward and forward on the curved recess part 12c. According to the constitution, since the seat plate 22 smoothly tilts forward or tilts backward by movements of a load transmitted to the seat plate 22 along with changes in a posture of an upper body of a sitting person, a load on muscles accompanying the changes in the posture of the upper body is minimized, and the same posture for a long period of time is terminated. Consequently, the use for a long period of time is not bothersome.
