    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse controlling system for each teat can finish the milking of teats by a milking machine at the same time even if the milking characteristics are different by the teats. SOLUTION: The pulse controlling system of a milking machine is provided with a pulsator can separately set the pulse ratio for each teat cup 11, a milk flow measuring means can separately measure the milk flow from each teat cup, a milking time recording part 105 to store the data such as the milking time, and a controlling means to change the pulse ratio based on the measured milk flow quantity and the data stored in the milking time recording part. The controlling means drives the teat having the longest milking time at a pulse ratio of about 75:25, drives the teat having the shortest milking time at a pulse ratio of about 60:40, determines the pulse ratios of the other teats by proportional allotment, and sets the pulse ratio to 20:80 to 25:75 for the teats finished their milking treatment.
