SOLUTION: The apparatus for harvesting beans has the following construction: A pair of left and right first endless belts(48 and 48) made of elastomer are set by wrapping on rotators(43, 44 and 45) in an inclined posture rearwardly upward, A pulling component(B) is constituted to nip and pull the attached part of the shells of beans planted in the farm by the first endless belts(48), a pair of left and right second endless belts(32) set in an inclined posture upwardly are wrapped on rotators(31a, 31b and 31c) behind the pulling component(B); thereafter, a nipping and conveying component(C) is constituted to nip and relay the roots of beans conveyed from the pulling component(B) and convey the roots rearward.
