    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling and sucking machine capable of easily sucking and discharging a fluid with high viscosity by a simple operation.SOLUTION: The filling and sucking machine 1 includes a piston rod 40 for driving a piston 30, and the piston rod 40 is sent forward or backward by a ratchet type sending mechanism 60. The sending mechanism 60 includes a frame 50 with a handle, and ratchet assemblies 61, 62 arranged in front and rear of the handle 52. Each ratchet assembly includes a trigger 80 rotated toward the handle 52, a ratchet plate 70 slidably inserted through the piston rod 40 and urged with the piston rod 40 by the rotation of the trigger 80, and a spring 75 urging the ratchet plate 70 in the handle 52 direction. By rotating the trigger 80 with the ratchet plate 70 urged with the piston rod 40, the piston rod 40 is advanced or retracted for discharging or sucking the fluid.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside/outside air switching device capable of preventing defective turning of a sub door or generation of rattling sound in spite of irregularity of assembling state of a plate member supporting the sub door. SOLUTION: A hole part turnably providing a rotating shaft 21 of the sub door 20 in an inserted condition is formed on the plate member 30, and the sub door 20 is assembled to a casing 11 through the plate member 30 in a state where the rotating shaft 21 is inserted in the hole part. The rotating shaft 21 of the sub door 20 is supported by only plate member 30. Therefore, the support state of the rotating shaft 21 of the sub door 20 is not changed in spite of irregularity of assembling state of the plate member 30 to the casing 11.
