    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of an operation pattern selecting valve which dispenses with working on the operation pattern selecting valve, and is relatively easily manufacturable. SOLUTION: The locking device is formed of: a first bracket 34 which is fixed to a screw 33 and has a locking hole formed thereat; a second bracket 35 which has a fitting portion 35a at a rotary operating lever 30 of the operation pattern selecting valve 16, and a locking hole 35f formed thereat; and a lock 36. Then the screw 33 is screwed into a screw hole 32 formed at an end plate 29 of the operation pattern selecting valve 16 to mount the first bracket 34 to the end plate 29, and the fitting portion 35a of the second bracket 35 is fitted to the rotary operating lever 30 to mount the second bracket 35 to the rotary operating lever 30. Further the lock 36 is inserted into the locking hole formed at the first bracket 34 and the locking hole 35f formed at the second bracket 35, and thus the rotary operating lever 30 is locked.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact rotary type operating handle provided with a prevention means which can be locked by at least one padlock. SOLUTION: The rotary type operating handle is provided with the prevention means that the rotary type operating handle (1) is arranged in a body (2). The prevention means is designed so that the operating handle (1) is prevented from rotating with respect to a frame pad (5) and that the operating handle (1) is locked by the interaction with at least one padlock (20). The prevention means includes a revolving drum (4) having at least one through hole (4A, 4B or 4C). The revolving drum can be arranged in any prevention position which prevents any rotation of the operating handle (1). In the prevention position, at least one hole (4A, 4B or 4C)is aligned with a hole (3A, 3B or 3C) of the body (2) which make possible the passage of the latch (21) of the padlock (20), and the revolving drum (4) can be prevented from rotating from the prevention position to a non-prevention position.
