In the porous structure 20(20') exposed to or projecting from the surface of the wet paper side layer 11, a part embedded in the polymer elastic part 50 exhibits high anchor effect by the holes of the polymer elastic structure 20(20'). Since the porous structure 20(20') itself is worn similarly like a resin therearound, the distribution state of the exposed or projecting porous structure hardly changes by abrasion in use.
