As a result, it is possible to lessen the chances of foreign debris being pinched and caught between the finger-side lateral surface 4a of the handle member 4 and the support members 43 and 44 when the support members 43 and 44 rotationally move with regard to the handle member 4. Therefore, the handle member 4 can be moved smoothly.
