    • PURPOSE:To form a coated film of uniform thickness on the whole surface of a printing edition by bringing a screen material into contact with an emulsion film on which an emulsion coated film of a prescribed film thickness has been formed, permeating the emulsion by a squeegee, and thereafter, removing the film. CONSTITUTION:A permeable emulsion coated film 3 of prescribed film thickness is attached as a layer on a film base material 2, and an emulsion film 1 which can be peeled off is formed. A flat edition-shaped screen material N is supported in an erect leg shape by a supporting mechanism 15, and said emulsion film 1 is brought into contact with a screen printing surface side. Subsequently, a squeegee 25 is made to ascend in the ink applying surface side of the screen material M, a permeable material is coated to the coated film 3, and by its permeating action, the coated film 3 is adhered tightly to the screen surface, and thereafter, the film base material 2 is removed. Therefore, in short, the emulsion film is transferred, and the emulsion film of uniform thickness can be formed on the whole surface of the screen printing edition without executing complicated work.
