    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings capable of sufficiently securing strength of sash windows without applying large-scale reinforcement. SOLUTION: Strength of the sash windows 20 and 30 can be sufficiently secured, by eliminating the necessity of forming a large cutout over a crossing part (a joining part and an end part of a stile material) of top rails 21 and 31 and stiles 23 and 33 in the upper sash window 20 and the lower sash window 30, by exposing a knob part 55 to an indoor space via first insertion holes 211 and 311, by projecting to the vertical frame side by inserting a latch bolt 51 of a latch device 50 into second insertion holes 231 and 331. Thus, even if wind pressure and the impact act on the upper sash window 20 and the lower sash window 30 in a rainstorm, the wind pressure can be surely transmitted to and supported by a vertical frame via the latch bolt 51, while preventing deformation and falling-off of the sash windows 20 and 30.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening and closing device of a cabin which does not degrade visibility.SOLUTION: A window opening and closing device 23 of a cabin includes a holding arm 25 capable of holding an openable/closable rear glass 20 in a half-opened state. The holding arm 25 is swingably supported around a rocking axis X along a longitudinal direction of a transverse frame 22, and includes a half lock striker 26 engageable with the rear glass 20 at an end of an opposite side from the rocking axis X, so as to be configured to oscillate and alternate from an engaging position where the half lock striker 26 and the rear glass 20 in a half-opened state are engaged and a non-engaging position where the half lock striker 26 and the rear glass 20 in a fully-closed state are not engaged. The half lock striker 26 is stored on the opposite side from the rocking axis X of the holding arm 25 in the transverse frame 22 when the holding arm 25 is located at the non-engaging position.
