    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand attachment structure for electronic equipment such that a fixed type stand can be attached through a fixed type stand holder of one component and a tilt type stand can be also attached through a tilt type stand holder and a stand hinge of two components. SOLUTION: A front cabinet 1 has a pair of right and left boss parts 1a formed and also has holder support portions 1b formed on external surfaces of the boss parts by the thickness of the tilt type stand holder 4 below tips of the boss parts, and a rear cabinet 2 has a pair of right and left press portions 2d formed. The fixed type stand S1 is attached to the fixed type stand holder 3 clamped between the boss parts and press parts and fastened with a screw 8b, and the tilt type stand S2 is supported by a holder support portion by loosely inserting the tips of the boss parts in holes 4a of the tilt type stand holder, and attached by clamping a stand hinge 5 attached to the tilt type stand S1 between the boss parts and press parts over the tilt type stand holder, and fastening it with a screw.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a sufficient amount of rotation of a main part can be obtained with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The display device 11 includes the main part 12, a stand 13 which supports the main part 12, and an adjustment mechanism 14 which is disposed between the main part 12 and the stand 13, and can adjust the inclination of the main part 12. The adjustment mechanism 14 has a first positioning section 31 and a second positioning section 32 disposed independently from the first positioning section 31. The first positioning section 31 positions the main part 12 with respect to the stand 13.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle adjusting leg mechanism for electronic equipment small, simple in structure, low in cost and easily assembled/disassembled.
      SOLUTION: When a telephone is located in a small angle inclined state, each auxiliary plate 3 is almost parallel with each standing part 2a of a leg 2, and the tip of each auxiliary plate abuts on the right side of each projecting part 1e on one side, while a tip claw 2a4 of each standing part abuts on the left side of each projecting part 1e on the other side as shown in (D). Further counterclockwise rotation of each standing part relative to a base 1 is thereby inhibited. When the telephone is located in a large angle inclined state, each auxiliary plate is right-angled to each standing part, and the tip of each auxiliary plate abuts on each engaging part 1g of the base, while the tip claw 2a4 of each standing part abuts between each pair of projecting parts as shown in (E). Further counterclockwise rotation of each standing part relative to the base is thereby inhibited.
