    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connection and separation between an engine and a main unit, which separates a centrifugal clutch and releases connection. SOLUTION: The structure for connection and separation between an engine and a main unit includes an engine-side adapter (1) equipped with a clutch shoe (11), an engine-side ring-shaped face (121) and an engine-side projection (13) and a main unit-side adapter (2) equipped with a clutch drum (21), a main unit-side ring-shaped face (221) and a main unit-side projection (23), the engine-side projection (13) is extended radially from a circumference around the axis line of a power transmission shaft, the main unit-side projection (23) is extended reversely radially in the engine-side projection (13), the engine-side ring-shaped face (121) is contacted with the main unit-side ring-shaped face (221). When the engine-side adapter (1) or the main unit-side adapter (2) is relatively rotated around the axis line of the power transmission shaft, the engine-side projection (13) and the main unit-side projection (23) are moved from the circumferential direction to mutual backsides and engaged in the direction of the axis line of the power transmission shaft.
