    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively save electric power, distribute a load, and execute a countermeasure for trouble, by moving a VM without interrupting processing with a cooperation of a data center and a WAN.SOLUTION: Network address translation mechanisms (NAT) 201, 202 are prepared to be set dynamically to respective nodes 102, 104 positioned in a boundary point between the WAN 101 and other networks 111, 131, 141, and an address before the VMs 114, 125 move is prevented from being duplicated with an address after being moved. Alternatively, a network virtualization function is mounted on each of the nodes 102, 103, 104 constituting the WAN 101, to prepare a virtual network connected to the data center 111 before being moved, and a virtual network connected to the data center 121 after being moved, the same address can coexist therein, route information is not required thereby to be changed in accompaniment to the moving of the VMs 114, 125, and setting is changed in a short time.
