    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional predominate roof tiles such that a pottery roof tile highest in heat-insulating property among them is heavy in weight and apt to cause the penetration of rainwater due to its fragility, and its heavy body weight is the main factor of collapse of a wooden structure; reflection of solar light to the air or release of radiation heat runs counter to prevention of warming; and the temperature difference between the outside and the inside is bad for health and causes molding or the like through dew condensation.
      SOLUTION: The disaster-preventing ecological roof tile is a structure composed of a foam body in low density. Therefore, this roof tile can be extremely reduced in weight to reduce a member strength, and thus allows replacement without needing reinforcement in reform or the like to promote earthquake countermeasures. The disaster-preventing ecological roof tile structure is excellent in heat insulation to secure an exterior thermal insulation effect for a structure. Therefore, the temperature difference between room temperature and outside air can be eliminated to prevent dew condensation. Further, a living environment which is cool in summer and warm in winder can be attained with increased ecological effect such as reduction in usage of an air conditioner or the like. The penetration of rainwater observed in the pottery roof tile can be also prevented by eliminating a gap by an EPS heat-insulating base.

The heat ray reflection factor changing layer is formed of a coating material which is produced by mixing an amorphous peroxotitanic acid hydrate with a peroxo-modified anatase sol of peroxotitanium acid-based anatase-type titanium oxide. Alternatively, the heat ray reflection factor changing layer is formed of a coating material which is produced by mixing lithium silicate with the peroxo-modified anatase sol of the peroxotitanium acid-based anatase-type titanium oxide.
