摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for providing mobile commerce, electronic commerce, customer care and communication services via networks.SOLUTION: The method comprises: receiving, from a user device, an identification number and a request for a service; adding a service provider identification number that relates to a service provider and a cost of the service; verifying, by a convergent communication platform located on a home network, that the identification number relates to a valid user account, that the user device is authorized to receive the service and that the valid user account has sufficient value to pay for the service; providing an authorization to the service provider, if the user device is authorized to receive the service and the valid user account has sufficient value; and charging the valid user account on a real time basis for providing the service, if the service is to be charged.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a service which uses proximity communication.SOLUTION: A communication device detection section detects a communication device which performs proximity communication. When a plurality of communication devices are detected, a common processing section performs common processing with regard to the plurality of the communication devices based on unique information acquired from the detected communication devices. A processing result notification section notifies the plurality of communication devices of the result of the common processing. Consequently, various services can be provided in cases requiring proximity communication with multiple objects, and thus convenience of a service which uses proximity communication can be improved. This invention can be applied, e.g., to an IC card payment system.

摘要： The method involves transmitting a recall message for recalling already assigned communication units by a charge management server (6). The recall message is transmitted while receiving a charge balance message for billing charge for a communication service desired by a subscriber, to an access network server. The recall message is transmitted and the balance message is received when an available charge balance of the subscriber is smaller and actual charge balance is higher than a charge value given in the charge balance message for the desired communication service. An independent claim is also included for a charge management server.
