摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and communication control method for performing radio communication with excellent communication quality and high efficiency.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system, each MR 200 transmits to an upper node 400 location information of the MR 200, information on communication quality of radio communication between the MR 200 and a radio base station 300, and access information required for UE 100 in connecting to the MR 200. On the basis of the location information from each MR 200, the upper node 400 discriminates other MR 200 which exists within a predetermined range from the MR 200. The upper node 400 further generates proximity MR list information on the basis of communication quality information from each MR200, and transmits the proximity MR list information to UE 100 connected to the MR 200. The UE 100 performs handover from the MR 200 to the other MR 200 on the basis of the proximity MR list information.
