    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize throughput by eliminating differences of reception quality both upon measurement of the reception quality and upon reception of data during adaptive modulation. SOLUTION: The mobile station 10 includes an antenna 11 for receiving the data and an antenna 12 for measuring the reception quality. The reception quality measured in the antenna 12 is notified to the base station with the delay by the time in which the time needed to exchange information between the mobile station 10 and the base station is subtracted from the time needed for the mobile station 10 to move the distance between the antenna 11 and the antenna 12 in an advancing direction.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for recording only a reception radio signal meeting an arbitrary record condition and discarding a reception radio signal that does not meet the record condition.SOLUTION: There is provided a radio communication device having: (a) a signal detection part for detecting a feature quantity of a reception radio signal; (b) a reception processing part for receiving the reception radio signal before being input to the signal detection part or the reception radio signal being output from the signal detection part as input, and demodulating the reception radio signal; (c) a data determination part for determining correct or wrong and/or a characteristic of the reception radio signal after being demodulated by the reception processing part; (d) a setting condition input part for inputting a record condition for the reception radio signal; and (e) a signal determination part for receiving a feedback signal from the signal detection part, reception processing part, and data determination part as input, determining whether or not the reception radio signal meets the record condition by using at least part of the feedback signal, and controlling recording of the reception radio signal before signal processing in a signal record part on the basis of the determination result.
