    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source follower circuit in which the voltage level of a DC component of an output is stable.
      SOLUTION: Transistors 11, 21 are a pair of source follower transistors. Resistors 13, 23 are respectively connected to respective gates of the transistors 11, 21 and the resistance values of the resistors 13, 23 are the same value. Each of current sources 14, 15, 24, 25 makes a current of the same amount flow. An operational amplifier 31 compares an output in-phase DC voltage of the transistors 11, 21 with a prescribed reference voltage and controls application voltages to respective gates of the transistors 11, 21 by controlling the current amount to be made to flow by each of the current sources 14, 15, 24, 25 on the basis of the compared result to make the output in-phase DC voltage coincide with the reference voltage.
