    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit capable of operating at a wider input voltage range.
      SOLUTION: The differential amplifier circuit comprises a first differential pair (M3 and M5) of a first conductivity-type of which the input pair are connected to an input terminal in common and the output pair are connected to a load element pair (M2 and M4) in common, a second differential pair (M7 and M9) of a second conductivity type, a first output transistor (M11) connected between a first power supply (VDD) and an output terminal (O), a second output transistor (M12) connected between a second power supply and the output terminal (O). Current (I4 and I9) are made by adding each of first output current (I5 and I10) of the first and the second differential pairs with current (I6 and I1) obtained by turning up each of second output current (I7 and I10) of the first and the second differential pairs with current mirrors (M6 and M8) and (M1 and M2). The current (I4 and I9) flows at load elements (M4 and M9) connected to each of a first output of the first and second differential pair, respectively.
