    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrating solar cell module with high heat dissipation and high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a method for manufacturing the concentrating solar cell module.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a concentrating solar cell module comprises the steps of: preparing a base 1 including a plurality of mounting regions 5 for mounting a solar cell 3 and a plurality of lead electrodes 6 for electrically connecting the solar cell 3 and an external electrode and a support 2 surrounding each of the mounting regions 5 of the base 1 and composed of a thermosetting resin; mounting the solar cell 3 in the mounting region 5; and molding a condenser lens 4 above the mounting region 5 so as to seal the solar cell 3. This method further includes the steps of: plating a surface of the mounting region 5 of the prepared base 1 after the preparing step and before the mounting step; and bonding the support 2 to the base 1 after the mounting step and before the condenser lense molding step. The condenser lens 4 is molded by a transparent thermosetting silicone resin.
