    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key structure of a keyboard device which is easily assembled.SOLUTION: A key structure of a keyboard device includes a scissors-type connecting member and a base plate. The base plate includes a base plate fixing hook, a base plate sliding hook and a stopping structure. The entrance of the base plate fixing hook and the entrance of the base plate sliding hook face the same side. Due to the configurations of the base plate, the scissors-type connecting member can be easily assembled within the base plate fixing hook and the base plate sliding hook. The scissors-type connecting member can be fixed on the base plate using the base plate fixing hook and the stopping structure.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof mechanism of a keyboard having a simple structure and capable of preventing a water droplet from flowing into a membrane sheet side having an electric circuit part.
      SOLUTION: This waterproof mechanism of the keyboard is substantially composed of a key cap, a top case for letting the key cap engage so as to slide freely, three membrane sheets having the electric circuit part, and a waterproof base sheet 5 provided between the top case and the membrane sheets. Layers of silicone adhesive are provided in an outer peripheral fringe part of the waterproof base sheet 5 and outer peripheral fringe parts of a plurality of openings 5b through which a connection boss part provided in the top case passes to form a shut-off part 5c. Even if liquid is erroneously spilt in the keyboard and a small amount of water droplet flows into the top case, it is possible to prevent the water droplet from flowing into the membrane sheet side by the waterproof base sheet 5 so as to prevent electrical trouble in advance.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a key input part having an excellent characteristics, by inserting an elastic metallic thin plate on which plural key inputting movable contacts are formed, into a frame of an electronic apparatus made of an insulating high polymer. CONSTITUTION:A metallic thin plate 1 is formed by etching, pressing, etc., from a metallic material abounding in elasticity, such as phosphor bronze, stainless steel, etc. Plural semi-spherical dome parts 1a are formed toward the upper direction, on a key input part of this thin plate 1, and a recessed part 1b which projects downward on the contrary is formed in the center part of the dome part 1a, namely, the top part, respectively. This recessed part 1b constitutes a contact part of a key movable contact. On the other hand, as for a frame 2, when ABS resin, styrol resin, etc. are used as its material, the thin plate 1 is insert molded by injection molding. In this way, it is possible to obtain a key input part which decreases the number of parts, is assembled easily and is excellent in its operability.
