The information providing device 200 and the user terminal 400 establish a communication network between the information providing device 200 and the user terminal 400, and exchange information via the communication network. The information providing device 200 encrypts key information required for decrypting the encrypted information in the information medium, by using information such as an apparatus number of the user terminal 400 or a reading device ID. The user terminal 400 decrypts the encrypted key information transmitted from the information providing device 200 by using information such as the apparatus number of the user terminal 400 or the reading device ID, and further decrypts the encrypted information read out from the information medium by using the decrypted key information.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, apparatus, and system for use in securely writing protected content to a medium.SOLUTION: The present embodiments provide methods for writing content to a medium 111 that comprises: retrieving a first portion of a key structure 103 from the medium 111 or a remote server; generating or receiving a second portion of the key structure based on the first portion of the key structure; encrypting content based at least on the second portion of the key structure; producing encrypted content; and writing the encrypted content onto the medium 111. Further, the medium includes: a digitally writable surface that is optically readable; a control area optionally comprising a pre-recorded set of keys 103 defining a first portion of a key structure; and a data portion that records non-pre-recorded content protected according to a second portion of the key structure generated according to at least a portion of the first portion of the key structure.
