    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic claw winding mechanism for a wristwatch. SOLUTION: This automatic claw winding mechanism comprises a rotor 1 that is attached to a rotor wheel 2 and rocks about the axis of a rotor pivot 3, a claw wheel 4 that is pivoted about the axis of a claw wheel shaft 7 and transmits the rocking movement of the rotor with the rotor wheel, at least one pawls 5a and 5b attached eccentrically, with respect to the axis of the claw wheel shaft, and an automatic wheel 11 cooperating with the claw. The rocking movement of the rotor wheel is converted into one-way rotation movement of the automatic wheel, and the rotation movement is transmitted to a ratchet wheel 13 through a conversion gear train 12. The rotor 1 and the gear train from the rotor 1, having the rotor wheel 2 to the claw wheel having the claw are disposed in an independent rotor bridge 9, and any other means of the mechanism is disposed in the independent rotor bridge 9.
