SOLUTION: A first test tube carrier 21 comprising a plurality of compartments 22 is gradually transfered on a horizontal plane surface in a measuring device, and test tubes 11 retained by the plurality of compartments 22 are aligned one after another with a receiving opening 31 of the measuring device 32 belonging to a measuring system. Subsequently, the test tubes are each displaced along a perpendicular axis (Z), thereby introducing the test tubes into the measuring device through the receiving opening 31. After completion of the measurement, the test tubes 11 are reversely transfered from a predetermined position in the measuring device to a compartment of the first test tube carrier or a second test tube carrier.
