    • PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency by suspending an object to be measured by means of load detectors provided in three or four points and calculating an amount of unbalance and an angle thereof in accordance with the outputs of the load detectors. CONSTITUTION:Load cells 20-22 are disposed so as to be positioned at the respective vertexes of a regular triangle, and a measuring stanchion 24 supporting a circular grindstone 33 which is an object 10 to be measured is suspended to the load cells by means of lifting hooks 29-31. The object 10 is suspended at the respective vertexes of a regular triangle having a length (l) on one side, and if the outputs of load detectors 11, 12, 13 are designated as W1, W2, W3, an amount of unbalance (z) is the equation I and an angle theta is the equation II.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve metering in safety and with high precision without limitations of the shape and weight of a rotating body to be tested, by fitting said body to be tested freely slantably and by providing a radial bearing which has an oscillation attenuating machine at the lower end of a hard shaft. CONSTITUTION:To a body 21 of a revolution to be tested, a static pressure spherical-surface bearing 23 is fitted through a metal fitting 22 shaped so that the center of gravity of the rotary part is positioned slightly below the center of the spherical surface of the static-pressure spherical-surface bearing 23, which is so mounted on a cylindrical spherical-surface pedestal 24 that it can rotate and slant. The spherical-surface pedestal 24 is fixed on a box-shpaed trestle fixed to a base board 25, and runs through the bearing 23 without contacting and the upper terminal of a suspended hard shaft 27 is stuck at the shaft center position. Then, the lower terminal of the shaft 27 is pivoted in a radius direction by a radial bearing 28, which has an oscillation attenuation device 29, so that it is displaced.

    • PURPOSE:To measure static umbalance quantity correctly and to simplify the replacement of a worn out parts by attaching steel balls to the concave parts provided at the tips of a rotary shaft of the material to be measured and the concave parts provided at the tips of supporting shafts thereof so that said ball can be attached and detached. CONSTITUTION:The conically shaped concave parts 42 are formed at the tip parts of the supporting shafts 20 and 21. A part of the steel ball 43 is coupled into each concave part. The steel balls 43 are attached to the attaching tubular bodies 44 which are secured into the supporting shafts 20 and 21 so that the balls can be attached and detached. The protruded parts of the steel balls are coupled into the concave parts 41 of the rotary shafts 40A and 40B of a rotary body 39 to be measured. Thus the rotary shafts 40A and 40B are linked to the supporting shafts 20 and 21. When a costant torque is applied to the rotary body 39 through supporting shaft 20 by a torque applying means 29, the rotary body is rotated and stopped at the point where the static umbalance quantity is matched with the applied torque quantity. In this constitution, the static umbalance quantity is accurately meaured and the replacement of the worn out parts is simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent thrust load from acting upon bearings and facilitate mounting and dismounting without degrading accuracy by providing magnetism generating means to support shafts and coupling the driving shaft of a turning body to be measured to the support shafts by means of magnetic force. CONSTITUTION:A turning body 26 to be measured is supported via a spring 23 between support shafts 6 and 7. When in a freely rotating state the center of gravity G comes perpendicularly downward, the body 26 comes to a standstill. Next, a driving shaft 16 is moved leftward along a sleeve 18 and a guide groove 19 by a knob 21 to connect a permanent magnet 13 and a torque trasmission plate 9 to one body by magnetic force, thence the shaft 16 is turned to move a pin 20 in the circumferential directin of the guide groove 19 and to detain the same. The rotating torque T of a coil spring 15 is applied to the body 26 via the shaft 6, by which the body 26 is turned. The body 26 comes to a standstill at the angle at which the rotating moment owing to the static unbalance thereof and the T balance, and from the turning angle thereof, the quantity of static unbalance is calculated. Thereby, the acting of thrust load upon bearings 4, 5 is obviated, and the mounting and dismounting are facilitated without degrading the accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To set an object to be measured at a breath automatically into an accurate reference position with simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:An object 1 to be measured is set in a reference position by holding a shaft 18 in a position where a milled surface 18a directs diagonally downward and a circumferential part directs just beside, and abutting the leading end of a revolving shaft 1a to the shaft 18 and placing the shaft on rollers 3a, 3b. Thereafter, a plunger solenoid 21 is energized. Then, the shaft 18 turns by overcoming the tension of a spring 24 and the surface 18a comes to the position opposite to the end face of the shaft 1a. A torque adder 15 is coupled to a shaft 5, and a shaft 12 is turned at a constant angle by a knob 13 to apply torque upon the object 1 via a coil spring 11, the shaft 5 and the roller 3a, thereby turning the object. In a static state, the rotating displacement angle of the shaft 5 is read with a rotating displacement angle detecting means 9, and torque T is easily calculated from the change in the torsional angle of the coil spring 11 and the rotating angle theta of the object 1 from the ratio between the diameter of the roller 3a and the diameter of the shaft 1a of the object 1.
